ドローンの規制について（Flight Rules for Drones）

飛行させる時にはご注意ください。

• 航空法（詳しくはこちら（国土交通省HP））（別ウインドウで開く）
• 重要施設の周辺地域の上空における小型無人機等の飛行の禁止に関する法律（詳しくはこちら（警察庁HP））（別ウインドウで開く）

※　奈良県には、法律により上空飛行が禁止されている重要施設はありませんが、令和8年7月14日から、重要施設の周囲おおむね千メートルの地域に県内の一部地域が含まれることになりました。

※上空飛行が禁止されている地域で小型無人機等の飛行を行う場合には、重要施設の管理者等から同意を得るなどした上で、あらかじめその旨を管轄警察署を経由して奈良県公安委員会に通報する必要があります。

※There are no important facilities in Nara Prefecture that are designated as “important facilities”for which aerial over-flight is prohibited by law. However, starting on 14 July 2026(Reiwa 8), a zone extending roughly 1 km around certain important facilities will include parts of the prefecture.

※ When operating a small unmanned aircraft or similar device within a prohibited-flight zone, you must first obtain the consent of the facility’s operator (or other responsible party) and then report the intended flight in advance to the Nara Prefectural Public Safety Commission via the appropriate local police station.
